Technical Services
Engineering, technical or site activities for the correct management of the critical phases of the completion of a plant and its operational management.
- Alignment and control of systems in preparation for start-up according to documentation and technical specifications, for electrical, mechanical and instrumental parts
- Proceduralizing of systems for start-up and scheduled Management.
- Support development of GT, ST, hydro and auxiliary systems process logics
- Supply chain management for spare parts and consumables, including warehouses and orders
- Management of personnel dedicated to the various systems with rotation and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
Field Services
Teams of competent technicians to supervise and/or carry out all operations necessary for correct start-up and commissioning.
- Functional testing and start-up of closed loop systems, compressed air, demineralized water, condensate systems, vacuum, waste water, sampling systems, etc.
- Measurement and control of performance and e ciency of plants, systems and equipment
- Management of plant, turbine, BOP and HRSG operations and functions from ABB and
SIEMENS DCS systems - Operation and maintenance of thermoelectric, hydroelectric, waste-to-energy and renewable power plants
- Operation and maintenance of auxiliary systems and heating and cooling plants
3D Modeling
3D modeling and simulations to characterize existing systems and/or evaluate potential expansion/renovation solutions for any plant using the following software:
- AutoCAD 3D
- Autodesk 3D Max
- Inventor
- Solidworks
- Rhinoceros 3D
