In this important experimental and applicative phase, it is crucial to be able to recognize the moment in which the growth of Spirulina must be interrupted, in order to guarantee the best possible quality of the biomass, thus determining the beginning of a new production cycle.
In fact, to express its potential at the application level on plant crops, the extracted biomass must be characterized by the presence of bioactive molecules (phytohormones, vitamins, amino acids, polysaccharides, polyamines, polyphenols), naturally produced by Spirulina.
These molecules are absorbed and metabolised by plants both through the leaves and roots and this allows for the improvement of crop productivity through the use of much smaller quantities of product compared to traditional fertilisers.
The growth rate and composition of our first crop cycles are definitely encouraging, but REIMEX is not satisfied and, before introducing our biostimulant products for both professional agricultural and amateur domestic use to the market, we are still conducting several tests.

In this experimental phase we are therefore concentrating our efforts on the generation of a new, innovative and efficient formulation of Biostimulant based on Spirulina Algae of our production.
The production of biostimulants from Spirulina biomass consists in the use of different techniques aimed at breaking the cells, making the bioactive molecules contained in the biomass available to the plant.
These are very important molecules that contribute to improving the physical, chemical and biological fertility of the soil, and consequently contribute to optimal development of the plant itself.
Our Mission is to spread as much as possible the use of a new innovative and sustainable product in the agricultural sector, which we know has been compromised for some time by the use of products that are increasingly harmful to the environment and, consequently, to humans.

The productivity of our photobioreactor has reached record levels and is continuously improving as regards the growth of the Spirulina culture.
We are at growth levels that are normally obtained in laboratory conditions and in limited volume cultures. REIMEX has instead reached over 2.5 g/l of concentration in approximately 1900 liters of soil.
We are now preparing to further increase the unit capacity of our photobioreactor to ensure maximum profitability with the same time and operating costs.
